**Note: All rates exclude fuel surcharge, driver's gratuity, tolls, parking fees, airport and port fees. Twenty percent (20%) driver's gratuity will be added to all Sedan, Van and Premium Specialty vehicles. Fifteen percent (15%) driver's gratuity will be added to all Mini Bus, Limo Bus and Motor Coach vehicles. Maximum on duty/driving time for single driver is 550 miles, 10 hours driving or 15 hours on duty, whichever comes first. Fifty percent (50%) deposit required on reservations to be paid within seven (7) days of reservation to confirm reservation. Balance of payment due no later than seven (7) days of completion of services rendered. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
